Description
Bandsaw machine well suited in workings that need a machine of high out put, cutting in more shifts.
- Bow made completely in cast iron, guide arms made in cast iron, to avoid vibrations during the cut.
- CN with 2 axis and standard alphanumerical control.
- Vector inverter variable-speed drive and coaxial gear box: long life of mechanical parts with a short loss of power. (Competitors machines normally use endless screw gear boxes with a loss of power of about 30%).
- Redundant protections on the saw: wheel covers must be opened by a screw driver and there are security limit switches.
- Plc with alphanumerical display, self-diagnostic and electrical system faults visualisation on line.
- Standard mechanical swarf conveyor (drag type).
