MEBA introduces the new MEBAmat 330, an automatic saw straight cutting bandsaw with 330mm capacity. Using its carbide compatible power package this saw is designed for cutting solid material, tubes and profiles with trouble free cutting of hardened difficult to cut materials.

With proven strengths and new trend setting features this new saw can increase your productivity. The saw runs continuously for single or multi shift operations, whether you have two shifts, or unmanned three shift operations.



This fully enclosed saw design is compact and practical. It saves space, has a larger machine door with a gas damper to keep it safely open allows easier access to faster blade changes and bandsaw maintenance.

What’s more, it doesn’t sacrifice operator safety. The saw Plexiglas cut-outs allow safe observation and monitoring of the sawing process and its compact design ensures clean operation, and dirt and shavings are prevented from being outside of the saw.

A key feature of this saw is its ease of use for the operator! There is a material database in the controller which produces cutting values. With its search function, the material can be selected (length, width and dimension) then it automatically recommends a saw blade to use and optimal cutting values. The operator can also store cutting jobs with its memory function and the saw can be linked importing sawing programs from CAD


since we have many expensive materials such as titanium, we are very glad the saw has a short remnant piece. We now have little loss waste or sawing section


The MEBAmat 330 gives solid smooth accurate cutting with its ball lead screw feeding and latest linear ball guideways.


Additional options include a laser monitored height detection and material width collision detection enables a safer sawing process in case of operator errors.
