Description
This machine is suitable for cutting whatever type of metal. Very interesting for the cutting capacity.
- Cast iron guide arms and bow, to avoid vibrations during the cut.
- Friction disk variable-speed drive and coaxial gear box: long life of mechanical parts with a short loss of power. (Competitors machines normally use endless screw gear boxes with a loss of power of about 30%).
- Redundant protections on the saw: wheel covers must be opened by a screw driver and there are security limit switches.
- Standard adjustable vice pressure valve for cutting tubes of thin thickness without being deformed.
- Upward return of the bow cycle at the end of the cut.
- Machine stop system in case of blade breaking
- Timer for oil pump power down when the machine is not working.
