A.D.S Precision ltd have experienced service engineers both onsite and mobile, for immediate telephone advice and parts sales. We can service any make of machine anywhere in the U.K.

We are able to supply parts for any make of machine not just for any machines we are the agents for.

A.D.S Precision Ltd offer very competitive service rates and will service at your request, or operate service contracts for our customers. We will look after individual machines or multiples and service at 6 monthly intervals.

Breakdowns and Repairs

After calling our office our experienced internal telephone engineers will ascertain whether a mechanical or electrical engineer will be required and once this has been decided an engineer will be dispatched to your site promptly at the earliest available time. Our engineers will find the problem as soon as possible and their aim is to limit expensive down time and get you up and producing again in the shortest time possible. Our engineers report any work that may be needed and advise what is required to sort out your problem. An estimate will be given before any work is completed.

A breakdown of all time and parts used will be given to you in detail, and you will be asked to sign to say you were satisfied with everything before our engineer leaves.

Refurbishing

A.D.S Precision Ltd undertake complete refurbishment of any bandsaw machine.

We will strip machines down to their castings and overhall all electrics and hydraulics and replace any bearings or wearing parts which require replacing.

Our aim is to get a refurbished machine as near to its original condition as possible.We will completely strip and paint machines to an as new condition.

We will take machines into our workshop and re delivery to your factory on completion.Any special requirements in moving your plant will be organised by ourselves and risk assessments undertaken prior to any work being started.

You can also be confident when buying a secondhand machine from ourselves that all the above mentioned works will have been undertaken before it is resold. We offer various lengths of warranties dependant on individual requirements.
