The Atlanta band also comes in a hardened tooth form that offers the strength to stand up to the rigors of high-volume, high feed rate, heavy-duty operations. It has the integrity to consistently deliver straight, sharp cuts over a longer period of time.

Carcass Splitter/Breaking & Quartering

Carcass splitting bands for kill floor operations. Aggressive, straight, long lasting cutting. Wider band adds strength and stability for accurate, straight splits and longer life.

Portion Control

One Way bands are for straight, fast portion control cutting of fish, beef, pork or lamb. Closely-controlled set and unique tooth shape cut with minimum kerf and less waste. Choose the 4 tooth band for optimum finish on smaller cuts on standard speed machines.

Narrower, thinner blades are used for vacuum packing and ham bone cutting. Fine-toothed blade leaves less bone splinters to puncture film wrap.

Use wider blades for maximum productivity when cutting whole hams or thicker product. For use in heavy-duty or high-volume packing operations.

High-Speed Frozen Fish

When waste is your primary concern, our .014” thick band is the band of choice. This band should be used on high-speed saws. Specially designed for frozen fish blocks and boneless product.

For a slightly thicker version of the 5/8” .014”, this .016” blade slices quickly and cleanly with minimum waste. For frozen fish blocks, boneless and light bone-in portion control cutting.

Scallop

Designed to cut boneless meats, processed meats, cheeses and very soft bone material such as chicken. Slices smoothly and quickly, leaving no residual chips or waste. Gives superb product appearance and can double as a slicer.

A thicker, more rugged version of the .022” scallop blade allows for higher feed rates and increased productivity.
