MEP Cobra 352 SX EVO – Precision Semi‑Automatic Circular Saw

The MEP Cobra 352 SX EVO is a semi‑automatic electropneumatic circular sawing machine specially engineered for cutting aluminium, light alloys and extruded profiles with accuracy and ease. Ideal for workshops, fabrication facilities, and production environments, this machine combines robust construction, smooth operation, and precise angle cutting for reliable performance.

Equipped with a 350 mm hard‑metal (HM) blade, the Cobra 352 SXI EVO offers two‑way mitre cutting from –45° to +45°, allowing operators to produce angled cuts quickly and accurately. Its user‑friendly interface with display and controls makes it simple to set cutting parameters, while pneumatic clamping and mechanical angle stops ensure secure, repeatable cutting cycles.

Built with heavy‑duty cast‑iron structure, a rotating table on bearings, and adjustable saw head stroke, the machine delivers stable, vibration‑free cuts on profiles, tubes and solids, making it an excellent solution for precision aluminium and light alloy cutting.

Standard Features

  • 350 mm HSS circular saw blade for smooth, bur-free metal cutting
  • Two-way mitre cutting from 0° to 45° left and 0° to 45°  right for angled cutting applications
  • User friendly control panel with display and mechanical buttones for easy and reliable operator friendly use
  • Precision turning table assembled on a central pin and thrust bearing of a diameter of 425mm to ensure maximum cutting stability, and for easy and precise rotation
  • Hydropneumatic cylinder for the downfeed rate ensuring constant down feed and cut speed run together for a better cutting finish
  • Adjustable pneumatic vice pressure ensures efficient and safe clamping according to the variety of materials to be cut eg. tubes
  • Mechanical stop at -45°, 0°, +45°  for quick positioning of the saw head including angles in between
  • Rapid locking & unlocking clamping to the left and right of the saw head to allow for precise miter cuts
  • Vertical vice to ensure efficient and safe clamping for example when tube cutting
  • Heavy-duty cast iron construction to minimise vibration, increase cutting stability and longer blade life
  • Ability to set the saw head stroke to reduce cutting time
  • Enclosed guarding for safety to guarantee the safety of the operator and is fitted with safety interlocks
