Machine Description

The MEP Tiger 352 SX EVO is a high-performance vertical circular saw designed for smooth, burr-free cutting of steel tubes, bars, and structural profiles. Perfect for workshops, fabrication facilities, and engineering environments, it combines precision, durability, and versatility for consistent, high-quality results.

Featuring a 350 mm HSS blade, two-way mitre cutting (0°–45° left / 0°–60° right), linear guide saw head, precision turning table, and adjustable pneumatic vice, the Tiger 352 SX EVO ensures accurate angled cuts and secure material handling. Its heavy-duty cast iron construction, two-stage gear transmission, and safety systems deliver reliable, long-lasting performance, making it ideal for small batch production, trim cuts, and component preparation.

  • Vertical pneumatic vice ensures efficient and safe clamping when cutting tubes
  • Mechanical stop at -45°, 0°, -45°,  and +60°  for quick positioning of the saw head including angles in between
  • Sliding clamping unit to the right & left of the saw head to safely perform precise mitre cuts
  • Heavy-duty cast iron construction to minimise vibration, increase cutting stability and longer blade life
  • Two stage gear transmission for high cutting efficiency and torque
  • Engraved metric scale with flip-over length stop for repeatable cutting accuracy
  • Ability to set the saw head stroke to reduce cutting time
  • Adjustable steel anti-burr clamping device securing material on both infeed and outfeed sides = burr free cuts
  • Adjustable pneumatic vice press to adjust clamping pressure according to the hardness of the material to be cut
  • Safety protection system including thermal relay and minimum tension coil to protect against phase failure
