Using our wealth of experience in metal cutting, ADS have selected world leading manufacturers including Cuteral Saws, MEP Saws, MEBA Saws to bring a comprehensive range of metal cutting bandsaws and circular saws to the UK market.
Our saw range include small manual pulldowns, semi-automatic, automatic and full cnc saws. Our saws also have varying features such as two-way mitring, NC controls, laser marking systems, vice pressure reduction, overhead bundling, spray mist system, bar loading, handling systems and stacking/palleting systems to name but a few.
We have a solution for all metal cutting applications, whether you are cutting tubes, section, solids of mild steel, stainless steel, titanium, supper alloy, alminium, nickel alloy and other varieties of metals.
ADS Precision Ltd supply Bahco bandsaw blades, the ONLY blades to carry the famous global brand with the global reputation of the quality “MADE IN SHEFFIELD”. The Bahco range includes many high specification M42 Cobalt blades and the most technically advanced, high output, Carbide Tipped Bandsaw blades available in the market place. The majority of our saw blades are welded on site in Sheffield and Rotherham.

Taube have been manufacturing professional quality circular saw blades since 1930, and manufacture their blades for the specific needs of each customer. Taube specialise in HSS circular knives, DIN circular saw blades, TCT saw blades, friction blades and circular knives.
We also have our own in house resharpening/retipping/recutting service available on HSS circulars, TCT carbide circular saws, planer blades, rotary cutters and much more. With a drop off and collection service available.

With a wide range of edge types – ½”, ¼” scallop, “V” tooth, precision ground on one or both sides, single or double bevel at any length you are sure to find the right blade for you
We can supply band knives in “EXACT LENGTH, MATCHED SET” as we understand that just the slightest variation in length of your band knives can result in irregular bread slicing and erratic blade tensioning on certain machines and product lines.
We manufacture and supply band knives to suit various machines including Berkel, Daub, Hartman, Geristal, Herlitzius, JAC< National/Downson, Oliver, VLB, Wabama to name but a few.

Our band knives are produced in premium high carbon or stainless steel to resist fatigue, and longer lasting. With burr free scallop edges our band knives ensure smooth, flat clean slicers with redcued crumbling.
All our band knives are high frequency point hardened to increase durability and edge life. We flash butt weld to guarantee against weld breakage, and give consistent blade tensioning to minimise irregular (thick/thin) slices and breakage. ADS Precision Ltd supply industrial blades to suit many other applications such as paper converting and manufacturing, packaging, food processing as well as metal cutting.
