Automatic Horizontal Bandsaws

Our industrial automatic horizontal bandsaws are powerful saws ideal for repetitive high production metal cutting allowing the saw to do multiple cuts without an operator. One of the greatest features of an automatic horizontal bandsaw is that it requires little involvement from an operator once it has been correctly programmed and set, and saws can be left running overnight. It therefore increases your productivity and efficiency. There are many options available for example programmable speeds and feeds, mitering including programmable mitering, digital read outs, bundle clamping,  NC controls to allow inputting of multiple cuttings jobs to name but a few. The metal cutting capacities of our automatic horizontal saws range from 250mm to 1250mm.

These manufacturers are metal cutting experts with years of experience, researching and developing high quality saws with innovative designs with the latest technologies. We have saws to suit all metal cutting applications to mild steels, stainless steel cutting to special alloys such as Titanium, Nickel Alloy and Iconel.

Not only are we suppliers of industrial saws, we have our own production metal cutting/sawing facility using bandsaws ourselves including saws from the manufacturers we supply to the UK market.

We also supply bandsaw blades and coolant to suit all including for other bandsaw manufacturers.
