Our manual horizontal bandsaws are available in pivot style as either a pulldown or with a gravity system (the bow descent is controlled). Available with mitring and up to a capacity of 10” (250mm). Generally speaking a pulldown horizontal bandsaw has a handle so the bow can be pulled down and descent is controlled by the operator. The operator then manually lifts the bow up to the start position once the cut has been made. Sometimes these saws have trigger switches on to start the blade. The vices are closed by the operator using a hand wheel or lever.
Available options include gravity feed systems, pneumatic vices, foot pedals, laser lights, work lights and roller tables.
Our Manual Horizontal Bandsaws are manufactured to high quality from leading manufacturers MEP saws (Italian), MEBA saws (Germany) and Cuteral saws (Turkey).
We also supply bandsaw blades and coolant to suit all of our manual saws and offer servicing packages for saw maintenance.
