The Indotech ITM 1050 LMGS is a semi-automatic dual-column bandsaw, featuring a 20 HP motor, a 67 m blade, and adjustable blade speeds of 20–80 m/min, capable of cutting diameters up to 1050 mm – a robust solution for industrial cutting!
The machine frame and bow are manufactured from strong, welded steel and reinforced with concrete polymer, providing excellent rigidity, stability, and vibration reduction for accurate cutting.
The main column is welded and machined in a single operation, ensuring precise alignment and long-term cutting accuracy.
The saw is equipped with a modern automatic hydraulic blade tensioning system, which maintains the correct blade tension and helps extend blade life.

A heavy-duty bearing housing with cylindrical roller bearings protects the gearbox by isolating it from blade tensioning forces, improving reliability and service life.

An AC variable frequency drive (VFD) allows infinite adjustment of band speed directly from the control panel, making it easy to optimise cutting for different materials.
The machine has a separate hydraulic power pack with an 80-litre tank, designed for easy access and straightforward maintenance.
A double-acting hydraulic cylinder operates the main vice, providing strong and consistent clamping of the material.
The saw frame moves on pre-hardened, pre-loaded linear guides, delivering smooth, low-friction movement and accurate cutting.
A specially designed pressure control valve balances the saw frame during cutting based on the material being processed, resulting in better cut quality and longer blade life.
The machine is operated via an ergonomically designed electrical control panel, offering clear controls and ease of use for the operator.
