MEP PH211-1 HB – Pull-Down Bandsaw with Automatic Downfeed Machine

Standard Features:

The PH211-1 is a manual pulldown bandsaw machine with one way mitring from 0-60° on the left. Featuring a capacity of 200mm x 150mm with automatic downfeed.

  • Automatic downfeed (HB cycle) – once operator positions the material to be cut and closes the vices, the saw head drops down through the cut using an hydraulic circuit without the need for the operator. Once the cut has finished, the saw head needs to be manually lifted by the operator.
  • Sturdy cast iron structure
  • Electrical control board with 24v equipped with motor overload protection
  • Carbide blade guides instead of bearings to ensure better stability
  • Quick release lever for mitring
  • Saw head pivots with tapered bearings
  • Vice with quick release lever
  • Self-contained coolant system within the saw base with electric pump
  • Double spring for counter balance for head return
  • Swarf brush driven by blade
