MEP Shark 332-1 CCS – Pull-Down Bandsaw with Automatic Downfeed Machine

Machine Description

The Shark 332 CCS (Cut Control System) is a manual pulldown bandsaw machine with two way mitring from 0-60° on the left, and 0-45° on the right which has a hydraulic circuit with a control valve for downfeed allowing the machine to work without the operator. Featuring a capacity of 330mm x 260mm.

  • Electrical control board with 24v equipped with motor overload protection
  • Carbide blade guides instead of bearings to ensure better stability
  • Manual clamping system by means of vice screw with fast-positioning system
  • Coolant tank inside the steel base and a drawer to collect swarf
  • electric pump for coolant – for coolant
  • wire swarf brush
  • Measuring rod with scale for repeat cutting
  • Tool Kit, Instruction manual and spare parts list also supplied.
