The Maco BSS 360 AR is an NC bandsaw with automatic mitring ideal for tubes, profiles with angle cuts. Featuring a capacity of 260mm dia. and mitring 0.60° and 0-45°

• Patented system workpiece clamping of double vice and rotation (one fixed and one mobile (programmable))
• Robust cast iron saw frame and head to eliminate vibration
• Table rotation without back lash
• Bar feeding and head rotation of servomotors, feeding by linear guides re-circulating ball screw

SOFTWARE:

• HMI with 5″ touchscreen – ability to store up to 200 programs
• Each program can contain 5 different kind of pieces (lengths, angles, scrap)
• Automatic calculation of:- reflexed piece, minimum remnant between two different pieces, and feed length in multiple angle cutting.
