Special clamping device to hold mounting plates and can cut 3D printed workpieces exactly on the customer’s own mounting plate. The plate is fixed on the MEBA device, which can be moved as required via linear guides and thus precisely aligned. At the end of the sawing process, the fixture plate is dismantled and can be used for further prints with little rework. With little effort and a quick saw cut, the 3D parts are gently removed from the panel. We currently offer these devices for a MEBAeco 335 (max. plate size 300x300mm) and MEBAeco 510 (max. plate size 500x400mm).
The process looks like this: The 3D parts are printed on a plate. The customer fixes this plate on the MEBA device, which can be moved as required via linear guides and thus precisely aligned. As soon as the panel is adjusted, the sawing process begins. MEBA 3D band saws remove the 3D printed workpieces quickly and precisely from the panel.
These fall down and can, if necessary, be further refined. At the end of the sawing process, the fixture plate is dismantled and can be used for further prints with little rework. With little effort and a quick saw cut, the customer has gently removed the 3D parts from his plate.
Suitable for retrofitting:
The entire device is built on a base plate and in many cases can be easily and inexpensively mounted on existing band saws and thus added to your existing machine park.
Particularly suitable for base plates up to a maximum of:
